WHITE BEANS GRAVY


Prepare time: 45 minutes 



Ingredient card:


300-gram white beans (boiled)


1 medium-sized onion (paste)


1 tbsp garlic paste


1 tbsp ginger paste


2 medium-sized tomatoes (paste)


1 teaspoon chili powder


1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


1 tbsp coriander powder 


1/2 cup oil


Chopped coriander to garnish


Julien ginger for garnish


Sliced green chili for garnish



Method:


Wash and soak the white beans and boil them for 20 minutes. Then discard the water and keep it aside.




Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion paste till golden brown.


 


Then add the ginger, garlic paste, tomato puree, chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder.




Fry everything until the gravy leaves the oil.


Then add salt as per your taste.


 


Add the boiled white beans and cover them, and then cook for about 7 to 8 minutes.



Turn off the heat.




Garnish with chopped coriander, Julien ginger, and sliced green chili, and serve it with chapati.
