Corn Soup

  Recipe card:

1/2 KG boiled chicken

 1 cup corn

 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic 

10 to 12 ground red pepper 

1 bay leaves 

1/2 tsp cumin

 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds

 2 tbsp Cornmeal

 eggs 2, whipped

Water 5 to 6 cup

Crushed black pepper


 

soy sauce vinegar as required

Method: 

Prepare yakhni with needed Prepare a pan. Add the water,chicken, ground red pepper, bay leaves, ginger, garlic, cumin, and coriander seeds and boil until the chicken is tender, dividing the chicken and chicken broth. Heat the pan and add the cooked chicken, chicken broth and corn . Stir 2 tablespoons of water into the cornflour and add gradually while stirring. Add this mixture to the soup, stirring constantly. Pour 2 beaten eggs into the soup. Simmer for a few minutes, then add black pepper. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar, and serve. the soup is ready
